In this one-of-a-kind certification course, students will learn how to leverage coaching to improve the way to develop their talent. They will gain the tools necessary to cascade coaching skills and capabilities to managers and leaders throughout their organization, maximizing potential and driving growth across the enterprise.
This is an open entry qualification, and the only guidance is that candidates possess Evidence of English language Proficiency or other evidence of competence in English at this level.
