The certificate program will train students about different aspects of business and management such as front desk operations, superior client relationships, food and beverage management, and customer service and gain excellent communication skills that will allow them to work in any business environment.
This is an open entry qualification, and the only guidance is that candidates possess Evidence of English language Proficiency or other evidence of competence in English at this level.
