Organizations today are large, complex, challenging to understand, and even more challenging to manage. To be successful, managers must have a strong knowledge of the social networks, and they should identify where the real power and influence of the organization lies. To implement successful initiatives, managers need to navigate organizational barriers to change. This certificate program trains the students about the complexities and nuances of effective change as well as frameworks, models, and perspectives that they can apply immediately.
This is an open entry qualification, and the only guidance is that candidates possess Evidence of English language Proficiency or other evidence of competence in English at this level.
Micro-Credential, Non-Vocational, Short term
This program is exempt from approval under the Ontario Career Colleges Act, 2005.
This is a non-vocational program offered by Beta College for personal interest and professional development. It is not a program leading to a credential under the Ontario Private Career Colleges Act, 2005. Policies regarding refunds, attendance, safety, and conduct are in effect.
