Co-op is a model of education that integrates academic learning with workplace learning in fields relevant to our students’ academic and personal goals. Similar to an academic course, work terms are a mandatory component to this form of experiential learning.

Entrance into the co-op option is competitive. Students will be invited to apply to the co-op option during their second semester of study. Students who qualify for co-op will be eligible to complete a four-month, paid work term in the final semester of their program.

• Must be 18 years of age
• Academic document copies, including certificate and transcript of high school and/or university qualification
• Successfully complete the BETA College Academic Test/Wonderlic and receive a minimum score of 15
• Provide proof of academic standing equivalent to Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD)

About the Wonderlic Test:

• 8-minute test with 30 questions
• Students will receive a link to complete the test
• Students must achieve a minimum score of 15 for this program

Computer Use Expectation: It is recommended that you have access to a personal computer or laptop to successfully progress through your studies.

Native English Applicants: Proficiency tests are not required.

Non-Native English Applicants: IELTS Academic – minimum 6.0 or TOEFL Internet – minimum 79.
