This Online Learning Policy establishes the academic, technological, attendance, compliance, and identity verification standards applicable to students enrolled in online programs at BETA College of Business and Technology (“the College”).

Synchronous Learning: Real-time, instructor-led virtual instruction requiring scheduled attendance.
Asynchronous Learning: Self-directed online instruction completed within defined academic timelines.
Blended Learning: Combination of synchronous and asynchronous instruction.
BETA Hive ERP-LMS: The College’s proprietary learning management and enterprise system used for attendance tracking, academic delivery, assessments, compliance monitoring, identity verification, and communication.
4.1 Synchronous Online Learning
Students enrolled in synchronous courses must:
Failure to maintain visible participation may impact attendance recording.
4.2 Asynchronous Online Learning
Students enrolled in asynchronous courses must:
Login activity alone does not constitute attendance; academic engagement must be demonstrable.
