This certification program is a training and certification course designed to address the strategic issues at the intersection of human capital and business: maximizing talent strategies, implementing strategic workforce planning, engaging talent, and developing employees to their fullest potential.
This is an open entry qualification, and the only guidance is that candidates possess Evidence of English language Proficiency or other evidence of competence in English at this level.

This is a non-vocational program offered by Beta College for personal interest and professional development. It is not a program leading to a credential under the Ontario Private Career Colleges Act, 2005. Policies regarding refunds, attendance, safety, and conduct are in effect.
